Our experience in buying and selling properties includes being a long standing, independent member of the National Association of Realtors as well as Bright multiple listing services. We can also provide professional financing, title insurance and support with our personal service.
In addition to selling properties, Kraus Construction, Inc., can provide in-house help for board-ups, winterizations, and remodeling. We have a structural engineer as well as an architect available on call to take care of your needs.
We proudly represent Jennie Grace Homes, Inc. for newly constructed custom and semi custom residential homes. We can even provide services to complete partially completed buildings in order to get them to settlement.
